Our Wilmington, NC, and Indianapolis, IN, production facilities are fully operational, but our Dallas, TX facility is still closed. We are currently shipping orders in 5-10 business days. Please let us know at checkout if your order is time sensitive.

We are available for chat sessions and Customer Service Monday through Friday, 9 AM-9 PM EDT and on the weekends from 11 AM-6 PM EDT. We are not taking phone calls, but we are responding quickly to all inquiries and can make outbound calls and schedule phone consultations upon request.
